AppealNotes is a trading name of DajTermin.pl, a business established in Poland at Chmieleniec 12, 30-348 Kraków, Poland ("AppealNotes", "we", "us", "our"). Contact email: crippton+al@gmail.com. Our business registration and VAT details, where applicable, are available on request.
These Terms form an agreement between you and DajTermin.pl, trading as AppealNotes, for the use of this website and for any paid pack you buy. By using the site or buying a pack you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or buy a pack.
We provide general information, a step-by-step appeal plan, ready-to-use appeal text templates, an evidence checklist, deadline guidance and, on the Guided Appeal tier, a human review of the plan we produce. You send every appeal, complaint and message to the platform yourself, through the platform's official channels.
Information about platform processes can become outdated because platforms change their forms and policies without notice. We review our guides regularly and mark the last review date on them, but we cannot guarantee that every official page is current.
Paid services are for adults aged 18 or over. By paying you confirm that you are 18 or older. The free diagnosis form and paid services are intended for adults; if you are under 18, please do not submit the form or buy a pack — you can still read the free guides. If we learn that a paid order was placed by someone under 18, we will cancel the order, refund the amount paid and point them to the free guides. We do not process paid cases for minors and we never ask for or process ID documents of minors.
Our current packs are: Starter Pack ($9), Self-Help Pack ($29) and Guided Appeal ($49), plus a free diagnosis. The current prices and what each pack includes are shown in the pricing section of this site before you pay. All prices are one-off charges in US dollars (USD), per pack; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Any taxes applicable to your order are shown or added at checkout. We may change prices and pack contents, but the price you were shown before payment applies to your order.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; card data is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. A payment will appear on your bank statement under the name configured for our payment account (DajTermin.pl). If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at crippton+al@gmail.com so we can check or refund it.
Digital template packs (Starter, Self-Help) are delivered by email or a download/link normally within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. On the Guided Appeal tier, human review starts after payment and a complete intake, normally within 2 business days, and the reviewed plan is delivered normally within 3 business days. Platform responses and other third-party delays are outside our control and are not guaranteed. If we cannot deliver, we refund you.
Our refund policy is set out on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms. In short: we refund within 7 days if a pack has not been delivered or started; we do not refund on the basis that a platform rejected an appeal, did not reply, or did not restore an account, because what we sell is a process and templates, not the platform's decision.
EU/UK/EEA consumers. You normally have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw from it. Before you pay, we set out these conditions and ask you to confirm that you are 18+ and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. When you buy a digital pack that is delivered immediately, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the pack has been delivered in full. If you withdraw before we have started work, we refund the full amount. If we have already started, we may charge a proportionate amount for the part delivered, and refund the rest. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right you have in your country of residence. See the Refund Policy for how to withdraw and an optional withdrawal form.
You agree not to use this site or our materials for any of the following. If we reasonably believe you are, we may refuse or cancel your order (without a refund where the law allows) and stop providing the service:
We will never ask for your password, one-time/2FA codes, recovery codes, session tokens or remote access to any device or account. Anyone who asks you for those while claiming to be from AppealNotes is not us. Please do not send us ID documents, card details or login credentials; if a platform requires identity verification, submit the documents directly through the platform's official verification form. If you send us something sensitive by mistake, tell us at crippton+al@gmail.com and we will delete it.
You are responsible for the information and files you send us and confirm you have the right to share them. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy. Our templates and guides are for your personal use on your own case; all other rights are reserved.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost audience, lost business, or for platform decisions, platform delays or other events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Where you are a consumer protected by mandatory law, these limits apply only so far as that law allows.
The AppealNotes name, site design, guides and templates belong to DajTermin.pl or its licensors. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and all other product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners. We use those names only to describe compatibility and the platforms our information covers; their use does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
We may change the site, the packs and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes apply to new orders; an order you already paid for is governed by the Terms in force when you paid, unless the law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, including applicable EU consumer law. Please contact us first at crippton+al@gmail.com — we aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve concerns directly. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a consumer protection authority in your country (in Poland, for example, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, UOKiK, or the municipal consumer ombudsman). We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme; the European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is not part of our dispute process.
